...keeps the allergies away. And it's the best tasting medicine ever! My girls both ask for it everyday. Which is nice, because I can be a forgetful mommy. I had terrible allergies growing up, so my Mom and Dad looked into a natural solution. They found that local honey helped with pollen related seasonal allergies. So they got into Beekeeping. Cause honey from hives in your own back yard is about as local as you can get. We ate it right of the comb. Yumm. I was only stung once from our one of own Bees, and that's cause I stepped on the unsuspecting fellow, while he was enjoying some clover. So having bees in your back yard is not a hazard, given that you have plenty of room for them to do their job. I would love to get into beekeeping myself, but we live in a community where it is not permitted. But that is a post for another day. I am far from my folks, and their Honey would not be local for us. So Kevin's Dad went on a search last spring, and this was as local as we could get.
